RETURNS & REFUND INFORMATION
You may return items received in good condition, provided they are unused, untampered with, and have their original seals intact, for a refund.
Acceptance Clause
When a customer receives a product, whether by delivery or by any other means, and accepts it without raising any queries, complaints, or concerns at the point of receipt, such product shall be deemed to have been received in good condition.
Returned product(s) must be received at our office within:
– 24 hours after delivery for orders within Lagos
– 72 hours after delivery for orders outside Lagos
Once returned and accepted as received in good condition, the full value of the returned item(s), including applicable taxes, will be refunded to the customer.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, as they cover transportation costs already incurred.
All approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours from the time the returned item(s) is received.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety, hygiene, regulatory, and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Refrigerated items, including products that require cold storage
– Prescription medications, once dispensed
– Over-the-counter medicines, supplements, or medical products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with
– Body creams, oils, serums, and similar cosmetic or skincare products that were not originally sealed by the manufacturer
– Personal care and hygiene products, including but not limited to toothbrushes, sanitary products, razors, inhalers, and similar items
– Medical devices or health equipment that have been used, activated, or removed from original packaging
– Items purchased on clearance, promotion, or special discount, unless defective at the point of delivery
– Customized, special-order, or specially sourced products requested by the customer
– Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or storage after delivery
– Items returned outside the approved return window
– Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products, where applicable
