Piccan Syrup

Piccan Syrup is a paediatric liquid medicine most commonly used to help relieve pain and fever in infants and young children, especially during teething. It combines a pain reliever/fever reducer with a mild antihistamine to help soothe discomfort and irritability.

Key Ingredients (typical):

• Paracetamol (acetaminophen) — relieves pain and reduces fever.
• Diphenhydramine HCl — a sedating antihistamine that can help calm fussiness.

Caution:
