Panadol Actifast is a fast-acting pain relief medication used to treat mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It contains paracetamol (500mg), which works by relieving pain and lowering body temperature. It is specially formulated to be absorbed faster than regular paracetamol, providing relief in as little as 15 minutes.
