Glucophage 1000mg XR x30 Tablets

Glucophage XR contains metformin hydrochloride 1000mg, a prolonged-release oral medicine used to help control blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It works mainly by reducing glucose production by the liver and improving the body’s sensitivity to insulin.

Caution:
