Diprosalic Ointment contains betamethasone dipropionate 0.05% and salicylic acid 3%. It is a topical corticosteroid preparation used for inflammatory, dry, and thickened skin conditions that respond to corticosteroids. Salicylic acid helps soften and remove thickened, scaly skin, allowing the corticosteroid to penetrate more effectively.
