Benadryl Allergy One A Day Tablets are a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as hay fever, sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, skin allergies, and reactions to dust or pets. They contain cetirizine dihydrochloride 10mg, which works by blocking histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic reactions. One tablet provides up to 24-hour relief.
