Beechams All In One Liquid is a multi-symptom cold and flu medicine used for the short-term relief of cold, chills, and flu symptoms such as headache, fever, blocked nose, sore throat, and chesty (productive) cough. It contains a combination of paracetamol (pain/fever relief), guaifenesin (loosens mucus), and phenylephrine (decongestant).
